• Social login connections (Facebook, Google, GitHub)

Data We May Retain

Certain information may be retained for legal, tax, or accounting purposes:

• Order Records: Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by tax law
• Legal Compliance: Information necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes

This retained data will be anonymized where possible and securely stored with restricted access.

Processing Timeline

After we receive your request:

• Verification (1-3 business days): We will verify your identity to protect against unauthorized requests
• Processing (up to 30 days): Your data will be deleted from our active systems
• Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the deletion has been completed

Third-Party Services

Please note that if you used social login (Facebook, Google, or GitHub), you should also revoke Grace's Towel's access through those platforms' settings pages. We cannot delete data stored directly by these third-party services.
